I wanted to write to say a massive thank you for the unbelievable care I received when I had my tonsils removed on 9 October.
It was a daunting procedure to have due to the pain I was warned about, but also as we aren’t allowed visitors it was an especially worrying time for me as I would normally have a family member with me for something like this.
From start to finish, the ladies who looked after me were amazing. I never at one point worried as they were so attentive.
I couldn’t recommend the hospital enough and your staff members, who I’ve listed below are an absolute credit to your team and if you could pass on my heartfelt thanks, I would be very appreciative.

Nurses put you at ease and are polite and friendly , consultants puts you at ease and explains everything
Surgical team puts you at ease and friendly .
I could not fault any of the staff at one Hatfield hospital even down to the hostess, they are all a credit to the hospital .
Took all my fears away and kept me feeling calm

My stay which involved replacement hip surgery could not have gone any better. All staff were friendly and nothing was any trouble. I was particularly fortunate with my choice of surgeon ( Mr Simon Mellor) and the method he used which caused my recovery to be incredibly quick

I was treat very well by all members of the team, and my treatment and aftercare was perfect.
A special thank you to wan (kitchen assistant and housekeeping) nothing was to much trouble for him and he helped me when I really needed to make choices for my meals.
Overall everyone looked after me well and I had a very good experience.

The One Hatfield Hospital was full of caring and support staff- a special mention to Claire Fisher and her team. I was totally looked after from all members of staff during my stay they went above and beyond, very professional thank you so much!

Arrived at the location 3 minutes late, after a traffic accident locally that we had to navigate around. I had informed them from the car. They'd moved my appointment by half an hour back meaning that I was late for my next business call. The team and staff were super, and couldn't do enough on the communication. I wasn't given a copy of my MRI scan or any follow up communications. Phoning to ascertain how I do this just resulted in the phone ringing out constantly. Good organisation, trying times

I had shoulder surgery - the whole experience was brilliant. Kind, caring nurses and great care all round. Recommended.

I had rotator cuff surgery by Adam Rumian which i was very please with He made me feel at ease with his professional conduct.The two nurses when I was back in my room were excellent really top glass and if I needed more surgery at a later date I would certainly want them to look after me again They are a credit to One Hatfield Hospital

My care at One Hatfield Hospital was incredible. All of the staff from reception to the surgical team, nurses to catering were friendly, warm and welcoming and professional. They listened to any questions or concerns that I had and answered them fully; explaining everything that I wanted to know. I felt very well cared for. This exceptional care and thoroughness of the staff actually highlighted an unknown medical issue which I have been advised regarding and have nothing but tremendous thanks for everyone involved.
The elective surgery was excellent and I am incredibly happy with the entire process from beginning to end. Everything was fully explained to me, I was comfortable during my stay (day-case), the staff were always there for me if I needed anything and the aftercare is wonderful.
I have no complaints at all about my experience and cannot thank everyone there enough for their truly amazing care and kindness!
